    Hi All, 

    We have established a trunk to a third-party application, which can handle a maximum of X calls. We would like to implement an alert system to notify us when the number of calls to this application reaches the threshold of X. What would be the best way to achieve this?

    Hello Karthik,

    You may want to look into Triggers and test some of that functionality!
