    Hello,  Has anyone found a work around on the Alert Rules to be able to add multiple agents at once? For example, Are we able to create an alert for an entire division or a work team?  Thank you!

    @Wendy Dodson - the ability to create alert rules for the work team is currently in beta and we are targeting mid-September for the GA release. https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ANLS-I-1182
