    Is it possible to alert a supervisor when one of their agents schedule changes?

    I think this is a brilliant Idea, although a comprehensive audit trail on schedule changes would be just as good.

    Have you looked on the Ideas Portal to see if this suggestion has been made? If not there already, I would encourage you to post in there to suggest adding this feature as I think it would be very helpful. It would be great to configure the alert to select any changes or alert based on activity change (ex: be alerted for time-off changes or only when an activity is added, etc.)
