  • 1.  Alert when X number / % of agents Not Responding

    I found that you can setup user presence alerts under the performance workspace, but it seems like that is done on a user-by-user basis.  We are looking for a way to alert someone (text, email, API, etc) when either X number of agents are not responding, or a certain % of our agents are not responding.

    Yes, phase one of the new Alert engine is still restricted by a single agent.  Filtering or setting by a Team level is due out here very soon.
