There isn't currently a native way in Genesys Cloud to send email alerts when a physical phone (including secondary registration) loses registration. The alerting you found in Analytics is focused on metrics (agents, queues, conversations, etc.) and doesn't include device or phone registration status.
If you need to monitor this, it usually has to be done outside of Genesys Cloud.

We just deployed phones this week and had a phone that was show that the secondary registration was not registered.
