    Hey, 

    I was trying to find if there was a way, WFM supervisory roles could get a notification or an alert when an agent placed a time off or a sick-day request rather than going into the time-off tab in the workforce management section. It would be a great way to alert supervisors rather than manually checking the tab whenever a request is placed to.

    Our organization is wondering the same as we just had our vendor start using this process and they are still getting use to it.

    100% agree that I miss this functionality.  An email being sent to specific people (email address) based on the activity code added would be very helpful.

    Hi everyone! We do not currently have this, but I think it would be an awesome idea. Would you mind submitting an idea via the portal so I can consider this as an enhancement? Thanks so much for your help :)
