Hello,

I am in need of assistance. We need to send out an email notification or any other Alert in case of a transfer failure in the Architect in an Inbound flow. There is a Send Notification action available in Workflows but unfortunately it's not available for Inbound flows. What options are available for an inbound flow?

That's a good question, hopefully someone in the community can help with a workaround, but it certainly sounds like it would be worth of creating an Idea in the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab

When you have a transfer tool, there is a failure route.  Underneath that, you could run a common module or data action to send and agentless email through the API.  If an error occurs, you can use the Event Handling on the left to redirect any errors to the same common module or data action.
