    Has anyone come across any anomalies between the number of Alerts received by agents under Agent Performance  and what you extract via the Dispatcher  ( SQL Database)

    I think you will need to explain a bit more regarding this Dispatcher. PureCloud doesn't use a SQL Database, so I am presuming a 3rd Party integration? Calls the dispatchers have handled, maybe, as tracked in a separate system database?

    Its the PureCloud Stats Dispatcher (PCSD) is being used to extract the info to SQL

    Marian, I think I am finally tracking down what you are talking about...is this the open source PureCloud Stats Dispatcher that was available on Bitbucket? I tried an old link, and it failed, so I'm not sure where it now resides.

    That said, the folks who deal with that code are on the Developer forum, so you should post there. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/
