  • 1.  Alias field in Personal Details

    Hello!

    It seems something has been changes into agent Personal Details screen.

    We're not able to see "alias" field in there when we can update or see before.

    Anybody aware about this? Same?

    Hello Xavier, 

    I see cases opened with Product support. I recommend opening a case with product support to get this looked at.

    Happening to our  UI too,  you can edit it but wont give you  a space to place a Preferred Name/Alias under "Agent" section  on Admin > Peopple > Person Details

    We are experiencing same issue on our side. I created a case with product support and they came back with that it's a known issue and they are currently working on it with no ETA.

    At this time there is an ETA for a fix for July 5th, dependent on internal review. I will update you once I have more.

    At this time the updated has been pushed, but it appears the issue has not been resolved. Our teams are investigating and I will continue to monitor and update you all.

    Hello, 

    Unfortunately, not yet. According to the update from Genesys, they ran into an issue while deploying the change. However, the fix is scheduled to be in place by this Saturday
