I like the CLI. But another less techy option, although a few more steps, is to do a simple Users API call with the API Explorer.
With the results, you can copy that into a simple notepad/notepad ++ file and save as JSON. Then import that file into Excel. And once it's in Excel, it's super simple to use the Query Editor (the window that Excel pops automatically) to keep columns you care about.

Yes I second what Anton says. Looking at the CLI and APIs can seem daunting at first especially if you're not a techy geeky codey type person, but if you only have a couple of relatively simple things you want to be able to query on, you'll soon see that there's more you can do using the CLI with just a few tweaks. There are also some "quick hits" available as example CLI Python/Powershell scripts to get you started.

Another way if you need everyone, active or otherwise is using the CLI. A little more techy, but handy to extract all users for an audit, or all users by a specific role or department or almost anything else.

Hi! Is there report that will give me all the Genesys users created in my system? I am able to run a list based on users assigned to MUs in WFM, but how do I run a report that shows all users?
