  • 1.  Allow access to only some Survey Forms

    We have a client that is requesting that we control access to Surveys Forms in a way where 1 group of users can access only certain Survey Forms and not others. Basically like how Divisions logically separate accessible items in GenesysCloud. 
    Is this possible with Surveys or is it the case that if you have access to one Survey, you only have access to all?
    If it's not possible out of the box, is there a way to get around this?

    They need a different group of people to have access to Survey1 than Survey2.

    Hello Danny,

    I don't believe we have that we currently have that functionality. I did see that someone has recently submitted an Idea to the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab that is currently in Future Consideration. 

    If you click the VOTE button on that page, it should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development.

    Good to hear. It looks like you're not the only person to be looking for this functionality either. I would recommend voting and leaving a comment. If I see that this flips over to In Development, I'll post an update here.
