Workforce Engagement Management

Currently, when viewing or managing a Work Team in Genesys Cloud, the names of the analysts/agents are not automatically sorted in alphabetical order. This makes it difficult and time-consuming for team leaders or administrators to find specific names, especially in larger teams.
I would like to request an option to sort the analyst names alphabetically (A-Z) within the Work Team section. Having them sorted alphabetically would make name-matching and searching much faster and easier.

Honestly I don't see how in 2026 we have to log feature requests to allow sorting columns by alphabetical order when it should be a basic feature of any grid, table, widget especially for market leader software. Why isn't this a standard in UI design? this is minimum usability criteria it's like asking to implement paging or search for a long list, and I genuinly do not think we are raising the bar for any expectation level here, it should be a standard feature and shouldn't pass the gate to go into production if missing.
