    Hi Guys, 

    I have a issue here with one of my customers and even i am having issues now.

    * Allow Pop-up Notifications if it is check-boxed the notification is not appearing. Only the sound is audible. No notification.
    * However if i remove the un-tick the check-box, i can see the notifications on my screen.

    Allow Pop-Up Notification


    Any help will be really useful.

    Are they using the desktop or browser or an embedded client?  Do they have multiple instances running?

    having the same issue, in the separate app the GC notifications are not showing, the sound it's audible but no notification it's shown.

    using the "windows" pop up notifications they are shown but when the agent clicks them nothing happens.

    the behaviour in the browser it's completely different and works amazing, but on the app it's lacking.

    this is the intended behaviour?
