  • 1.  Alphabetize or Sort List of Evaluation Forms?

    This should be a quick answer that I already know the answer to, but I'm asking anyway! Is there any way to sort or alphabetize a list of forms? When going to create a new evaluation, it's obviously bringing up the list of forms we've created, in the order in which they were created... So, not exactly in an easily identifiable order.

    Sadly, no, but there is an idea for this you can vote on:  Sort Evaluation Forms Alphabetically | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io). Be sure to add your use case and how much of a pain it is to scroll with no sorting or filtering.  @Herrick Mai, are there any enhancements planned for that UI?

    Hey Robert,

    At the moment there's no active enhancements related to that UI. There may be something in late H2, will keep this in mind if we do touch that UI.
