I just edited a user and changed his phone to auto-answer, and got the same pop when I clicked Save. I think it will pop every time you click Save on a user, whether changes have been made or not, not matter which view you are in.
I also tried clicking Save, got the pop and continued the save, edited the same user again and did not change anything, just clicked Save and got the same pop.

I've just opened support ticket and provided console and network logs.
But I can confirm that the only thing I was doing is just altering membership to queue (both assigning and removing), nothing related to roles

Somebody else mentioned that pop on another thread yesterday, thinking it was new. I said it has been around for a while (because it has, when assigning new roles). Now I'm wondering...
