When using the Wrap-up-code filter I have to check all the filters I want to see and leave the undesired filters unchecked.

This is most inconvenient when I need most of the filters but a few.

Is there a way to, instead, select the undesired filters so that they won't appear while showing me the unchecked ones?

Hi Herman,

It would be great if we had a "Select all" checkbox to select all the codes.

The options at the moment are:

• Export all the calls to a CSV file and work with the info on Excel.
• Manipulate the URL to select all the codes, then you can delete the ones you don't need.(You have to select all the Wrap-up codes and save the URL on a notepad, so you can reuse the last part of this code)

Hi Hernan,

Do you need to change the filters regularly? If not then I suggest you save the search as a View allowing you to activate this when you need. The view also allows you to define a time period that you want to base the information on, for example the previous month so that the view contains current information. You can create multiple views for different purposes, giving you a lot of flexibility to define the information displayed.
