  • 1.  Altocloud User Interface

    I am a current Purecloud user and we are considering adding AltoCloud for our webchat service.  Our web marketing guys are concerned about being able to configure the look and feel of the chat window that the customer sees.  Is there a UI for this or is it all configured via code snippets that are inserted into our site?

    The look and feel is configured by code. No UI.
