    Hey Everyone,

    Tomorrow, on March 23, the new Analytics Workspace will go live in the Performance menu in Genesys Cloud. Users can build and save custom views, and toggle between tabs, saving time and effort. Please watch our demo for a preview of the changes.

    If you have any questions, we will host two live Genesys Community AMA ("Ask Me Anything") events. The first is today!     March 22nd, 12 - 2pm EST. The second will be after the release, next week, on March 29nd, 12 - 2pm EST.

    There is no video or webinar. This AMA is not a webinar, zoom, or video. It is all taking place in community discussion posts. So, if you have a question, start a discussion. Not a member of the community? Email GenesysCommunity@Genesys.com and we'll ask your question(s) on your behalf. 

    Quick update - Maisey Harris had a personal emergency come up, so the AMA will be conducted by two of her colleagues. Drew Gaynor and Caitlan Spronk.

    I went back to the "coming soon" thread  and found that someone had asked the same question I wanted to know.
    I was kinda freaking out that we'd lose all of our saved views and reports. 
    Do I still get to be entered in the giveaway? lol

    Hi Drew and Caitlan, 

    We had posted a question to the original community board the other day that was supposed to be answered here.  Basically we are wondering if this is being pushed to everyone or if we can control when it is released.  We have many custom roles and we need to know if they will automatically be assigned the permissions or if we have to manually update each of the roles we have.  If we have to manually update them, what happens if we do not make those changes before this goes live tomorrow?

    Hey @Jason Lorden, this question was answered in the previous thread, but I'll post the answer here as well: The feature will be released for all users. For those in the US and Canada, it will be live by 8am tomorrow, Wednesday, March 23. For all other regions, it will be live sometime Wednesday night, before 8am Thursday.​

    Hi @Jason Lorden, I did leave a response to Nathan's question there and will expand on that here.

    The feature will be released for all users. For those in the US and Canada, it will be live by 8am local time tomorrow, Wednesday, March 23. For all other regions, it will be live sometime Wednesday night, before 8am local time Thursday.

    All users will see the new experience, including the Workspace view and tabs. They will be able to use all features in the app as they can now. However, for a user's tabs to be persisted they will need to be granted "Analytics > Tab Configurations > All Permissions" which will not be automatically added to any existing roles.

    Here my question : 
    - Does on a future release it will be possible to have as a tab on the workspace a Dashboard ? one of the dashboard created for TV or a team for example ? 
    - Should it be possible to have a view on the Alerts set for a user with summary ?

    @Maisey Harris Am I missing the "saved" filters function that I used before. It appears to be missing in the workspace. If I'm not seeing it, where would I find it? It is very helpful!​

    @Mark Sproles - The save feature is in the tab at the top of the workspace view.  Click the 3 vertical dots and (assuming the person has the permissions) you will see the Save As option. ​

    I wish there were multiple filter saves within the same tab.
