    This question was asked by @Greg Barrett - I'd like a demo to show how to configure a widget with 100+ agents?

    We now have both Maisey and Nikhil on the AMA, and Maisey is going to work on a demo of this.

    I've attached a short demo video of the new experience today which is much improved; there's a small bug with the item counter which we are fixing, and we plan to continue to improve this experience, but it should be much quicker to add a widget with 100+ users now!

    Hi Matt,

    Is there any plan of increasing the # of agents viewable on dashboard? It looks like the limit if 300 but we have more CSRs than that in one division.
