Our goal with the workspace is to improve the usability of the app and make your life easier, but we recognize that this will be iterative. If a user had a subset of views they look at every day, they can put those in separate tabs rather than having to pull them up one at a time via the Performance dropdown. I'd love to get more information about your use case; when you say you have 2 dashboards open, do you mean the custom dashboards? If so we have future plans to allow for more easily rotating through dashboards without requiring manual intervention.

Hey Maisey,

We had a question come in from Blargh on the Q&A Show:

In the beginning of your video, you say the workspace is a convenient way to quickly switch between your tasks. How is this faster than just loading it in your web browser that keeps the info loaded rather than having each tab refresh each time you click on it? Is there a way to disable this on a per-user basis, because it's honestly just adding extra steps to my daily tasks and the constant refreshing of the tabs when switching makes this feature useless. Now if you made an the dashboards able to have multiple tables, that would be amazing. I have management and agents to keep track of separately and I have to have 2 dashboards open, which requires me to open one in chrome and use up more desktop space.
