  • 1.  Analytics API - How is data filtered in the response?

    When making a post call on api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query, the response returned a series of metrics. Assuming that the values of these metrics are combination from all conversations, how does the API determine that I'm only interested in conversations pertaining to my company? Is that based on our OAuth? Thank you.

    This will return all the conversations from the Org where you are authenticated.

    If you have multiple divisions you should add a filter to your query with an specific divisionId.
