We are running Genesys API v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query since 2021.
Recently got issue – for valid interval Genesys return blank response as {} . But when we run the query manually after some time it gives the result.
No error - successfully return with blank {}

Hi,
That endpoint will return blank if there are no results for the interval filter combination. If you believe there should be data for that period that matches the interval then please create a ticket with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate.
