    Hello, 

    I'm using Genesys Cloud CX1, and I want to know if it's possible to increase the number of Interval Configurations in the Analytics Options. Any suggestions?

    Hello Rihab, 

    Looking at this document, it looks like it would be available as an add on for the CX 1 license. A lot of the analytics features are addons with only the GC CX 1 license.

    To add to what Cam has said, I do not believe there is a way to change the number of intervals.

    I was looking in the Product Ideas Lab, but I don't think I saw anything that directly matched what you're looking for. I would recommend submitting this as an Idea for our Dev team.
