Genesys Cloud - Main

I am new to Genesys.  What does Analytics > reportingTemplate > All Permissions allow you to do?  Is it different Performance Workspace?  Is there separate permissions for someone who only runs reports for the call center?

Hi Lindsy,

I think this may be related to the old canned reports that have been deprecated.  I will continue to investigate, but I cant find anything else that requires that permission as this time.
