When viewing the new Performance tab options, is there a way to save the actual time interval you are reviewing? It seems to work for a day/week/specific date but not for times
For example, if I open up an "Agent Status" tab and set the day to "Yesterday" or "Last Week" and browse to a different tab, when I return to the "Agent Status" tab it retains this detail. However, if I set the tab to the "Current Interval" (or specify a time range like 09:00AM - 11:00AM) then when I browse to a new tab, it will reset to "Today"
I have a workaround to open another window with this detail (like I used to before the new tab functionality) but I wondered if anyone knew of a way to save this (or if it's a bug) so that I can use the tabs as they would seem to be intended?
