  • 1.  ANI and DNIS get Masked, is there any new Policy has been updated on Genesys Cloud or is this option is configurable

    Hello Team,

    I am not able to see ANI and DNIS number from the interaction UI. is there new feature updated in the Genesys Cloud or its due to the something else any idea as m having doubts on this.

    Not really new, but here is the article:  Limited PII masking in Performance views and exports - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    You will need to turn this feature off with the API:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#patch-api-v2-analytics-reporting-settings

    Made the patch settings (there is a new one myInteractionsPiiMaskingEnabled now) setting to false does not resolve though?

    Hi,

    have the same problem for agents using role standard role User. I have turned of this feature off with the API:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#patch-api-v2-analytics-reporting-settings

    but still numbers masked.

    Did anyone get a fix for this?  This seems to have starting impacting us within the last couple days.

    Go to Admin - Contact Center - Analytics - Settings.
     
    You will see new Data Masking options.
    Make sure they are disabled.
     
    After you make a change to this setting - wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the Genesys Cloud web-page.

    Thanks.  This helped.  And I was also able to locate the user that change the analytics setting by querying the /api/v2/audits/query api serviceName AnalyticsReporting with a filter on property:EntityType value:AnalyticsReportingSettings
