I am trying to answer an incoming call for my test user that is in a queue. I have it notifying in our app, but when i try to use the conversationsAPI to patchConversationsCallParticipant (passing in my agent participantId, and body is {state: "connected"}) but it does nothing. The call is still alerting.

    Correlation: "085fba87-6c36-44b2-a3e9-25108d663139"

Thanks for any help you can give

    Hi Nathan,

Please see this answer on a previous topic. It should provide the solution you need: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/answering-inbound-calls-via-js-sdk-with-webrtc-station/7026/2

I have done all of that. I get the call in our system, which is coming from a queue, but when i try to patchConversationCallParticipant with a state of 'connected', it does not connect. So that post is not fully helpful

with the participant being agent, but it does NOT change the state.

If you've verified that the place external calls option is enabled, there aren't any invalid values in the request, and the response is successful, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate further.
