As per the subject, hoping to chat with any customers that are using WebRTC with Progressive / Predictive dial mode.
Background: We have previously tested WebRTC on this dialling mode however we were experiencing consistent answer latency (the time between 'LIVE VOICE' detection and the time the call gets physically connected to an agent). On average it took 3 seconds which translates to 3 seconds of silence for the customer i.e. a poor customer experience and high abandons.
Would love to hear from any customers that have been able to successfully pair WebRTC with Progressive or Predictive dialling.
