    Any idea if emergency routing is possible to use for personal DID number? Our customer is asking for a backup in Genesys cloud for each of the user's with individual direct number in case of emergency. they want to use Emergency routing for a quick activation.

    Take a look at the Direct Routing Beta.

    This will allow you to have flows used with DID calls, allowing you to program this functionality.
