    Good Afternoon!

    We are looking to connect with another organization that has successfully implemented a PureCloud and Lex integration?
    Have you experienced any roadblocks with the implementation? 

    We are hoping to network in order share feedback on this implementation.

    We did it two weeks ago both for voice bots and chat bots.
    I awaiting for any request if you would like to contact to us, you can send an email to us wchavez@gns.com.co and dprada@gns.com.co in order to request for any assistance.
    But in our experencie, just only follow the PureCloud documentation steps in order to get that integration done in your organizations.
