Any test/practice exam links for AI and Bots Certification?

As far as I'm aware, Genesys does not currently provide an official practice test for the AI - Digital Bots & Knowledge (GC-AI-DB) certification. The best starting point is the official certification study guide and all recommended Beyond learning modules.

What helped me prepare:

• Complete all courses listed in the certification path.
• Get hands-on experience creating Digital Bots, Knowledge Bases, Intents, Slots, and Architect flows.
• Review topics such as:
• Knowledge Workbench
• Bot lifecycle and optimization
• Generative AI vs Conversational AI
• Intent recognition and NLU
• Predictive engagement and routing concepts
• Use community-generated sample questions to test your understanding of the exam objectives.

One tip: the exam focuses more on real-world implementation and use cases than memorizing menu options. If you can explain when to use a Digital Bot, when to leverage Knowledge, and how AI capabilities improve customer and agent experiences, you'll be in a strong position for the exam.

There isn't and I recently asked the same question.

I did email Education because the office Study Guide for the Exam indicates there is a 25 question practice exam available in Webassessor, but it isn't. I suggested that they may want to update the official study guide to adjust the wording or offer the 25 question practice exam, but currently there is a disconnect there.

I did just take the exam and the study guide does a good job of outlining what you need to study. Also if you have practical experience building bots and handing knowledge workbench, you should be in good shape.
