  • 1.  Any way to disable queue name searching for transfers and only use extension?

    Hi everyone, I tried searching around for this answer, I am just curious if anyone may know if there is a way to disable queue name searching for transferring calls. I would like to modify to only use extensions instead, and remove agents from being able to search by a queue name.

    Look into the following role permissions.  Test out removing them from your standard agent role(s) to see if this does what you want.  You may need to implement the removal of just one, or maybe all of these permissions to accomplish what you are looking for.

    • Conversation > Communication > Target
    • Transfer to queue: Routing > Queue > View
    • Routing > Queue > Search
