    I am the Quality Analyst and Queue Administrator within NZME and would love to meet up with anyone (or at least get some contact info) in Auckland who does any of the following in Genesys Cloud (pure cloud solution).

    Forecasting within WFM

    Web Messenger Architect

    Need someone to share ideas with and possibly learn from.

    Good to see another Kiwi on here. I am unfortunately Dunedin based, but I know there are some Aucklanders lurking about on here.

    If you are a looking for anyone to bounce ideas off, or help problem solve, that is what this community can help with. Post away, you will always find people happy to help.

    Personally, not a WFM expert, but check out the WFM community as well. Architect flows, that I am happy to talk about.
