    Hello,
    I would like to know if there is one or more API allowing (from a customer telephone number for example) to know all the interactions in progress of the same customer being treated or not treated? I can't find an API for this yet. Thank you to the community! Antoine

    Have you tried to use the conversation details query?
    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query

    I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but you can try to filter interactions using ANI and ConversationEnd=notExists.
