I hope my question is in the right forum.

As part of a cleanup process, we are working on getting an overview of agents and roles. In this process, we want to see which agents have which roles in which divisions.

At first glance, I can't seem to find the API(s) that provide the needed information. Can anyone tell me which API(s) I should use to determine which divisions an agent's different roles are associated with?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you have the user'S ID, https://developer.genesys.cloud/authorization/oauth-apis/authorization-apis#get-api-v2-authorization-subjects--subjectId- should work.
