Hi , are APIs available 24/7 or are there times when they may not be accessible ?

Hi Ramaone,
I have just started working @ Genesys, but I assume the APIs are available 24/7/365, with the exception of unplanned outages. Also remember that API rate limits are in place to prevent your app from being abusive.
