Hi.
Im working on a solution for having agent metrics reports sent to a location So my question is, is there a single API call that will return the fields in the report column from this: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/agent-metrics-report/ ? Meaning, is there an API call that will return the report in its entirety?
If not, is there any other options that I havent thought of besides collecting each field individually from APIs?

Hi,
Have you taken a look at the /analytics/reporting APIs? /api/v2/analytics/reporting/exports may be what you're looking for.
