  • 1.  API calls for skipped wrap ups

    We need to find the API call which gets wrap ups related to skipped

    example: ININ-OUTBOUND-AUTOMATIC-TIME-ZONE-BLOCKED-SKIPPED, ININ-OUTBOUND-DNC-SKIPPED, ININ-OUTBOUND-AUTOMATIC-RULE-SKIPPED.

    These skipped results are not technically comes under "interactions/conversations" since the dialer never attempted to call for this skipped wrapup codes. Is there anyway to get the complete list of skipped wrapups from the API call ?

    These Wrap-up codes are default of system and you can see the details in the documentation: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/wrap-up-codes-assigned-by-outbound-dialing/
