    I wanted to start a discussion about the new v3 API endpoints for uploading knowledge files to Knowledge Fabric using custom integrations with Amazon S3. This feature allows us to programmatically push content (text, PDF, and DOCX files) from external systems directly into Genesys Knowledge Search without building CMS-specific connectors.

    Preferring question 1, I believe that today the main problem is not the ability to include phrases to improve the copilot.
     
    I recently implemented the copilot based on Salesforce knowledge, and we don't have a way to includ identical phrases when the article is native to Genesys.
