Our customer is using a separate third-party AI bot within their mobile banking app. They have a requirement that if the third-party AI bot doesn't find an answer, it should trigger the Genesys Web Messenger widget to connect the user to a live agent. So, what is the API I need to use to trigger the Web Messenger widget that I created in the Genesys environment or anyother Idea to implement this.?
