Hi, I am looking for an API to get the information on how the customer is validated/authenticated?
For example, in pure connect, we can download meta data file with recording if the customer is validated in IVR based on phone/accountnumber/SSN/zip code or date of birth:
Metadata: ivrvalidationphone Metadata: ivrvalidationaccount Metadata: ivrvalidationlast4ssn Metadata: ivrvalidationzip Metadata: ivrvalidationdob
But in pure cloud, I am not able to find any api that can help me get the same data. I looked at the meta data api but it doesn't have that info. Could someone please point me to the correct api? Note: I am not looking for the user entered info like SSN or DOB. I just want to know if the user is validated baed on ssn/dob etc (a Yes/No or True/False answer).
