May I know do we have any API can get total calls handled based on edge ? If no, is that any workaround?

Hi Johnson,
Have you tried using the Analytics API to query for conversation aggregates?
If you want to try it out, you can use the Analytics Query Builder in Dev Tools to see how you can build the query and filter the results by edge id.
