We are currently working on a custom integration within Genesys Cloud CX and would like to confirm whether there is an available API that allows us to retrieve an agent's scheduled activities (such as Break, Lunch, Meeting, Training, etc.) from Workforce Management.
- Is there a public API that allows us to:
- Retrieve a specific agent's schedule?
- Retrieve scheduled activities (Break, Meal, Meeting, etc.) for a given date/time range?
- Identify the next upcoming activity block?
- Is there a real-time or subscription-based method (Notifications API / WebSocket) to detect upcoming schedule state changes?
