Is there any API to update ACD skills. PureCloud GUI doesn't support this, any reason?

<strike>I'm not aware of a driving reason why there isn't a PUT or PATCH method for routing skills. This would be a good request to make in the API Enhancement Requests category with an explanation of your use case.</strike> I've logged a request to investigate adding this resource as AR-4810.
For now, you'll just have to delete skills and add new ones since they can't currently be renamed.
