  • 1.  /api/v2/quality/conversations/{conversationId}/surveys Not Returning Expected Data for All Post-Survey Action Types

    For below interaction we have used post call survey with Voice survey form. But this API has result. https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-quality-conversations--conversationId--surveys 

    Interaction ID : 6335ac80-6a02-41b6-a092-56a00138d869  

     

    for below interaction we have used post call survey with inbound flow survey. But this API doesn't result anything.

    Our query is that API should result for both Action type right?

Survey is included under IVR but we want proper object element to check whether it is tranfered to survey or not. We will not have survey name info with us each customer will be using their own form
