Hello,
I've created and executed a number of jobs to delete recordings, the jobs are at state "FULFILLED" however the percentProgress is either 98% or 99%, how do I find out:
- How much longer it will take to process the jobs? Most have been running for over 10 days, they got to 98% or 99% quite quickly but haven't change.
- Which recordings haven't been deleted yet?
The API I'm using is: /api/v2/recording/jobs
The is the type of detail I see when I check the status of the jobs: "dateCreated": "2020-10-23T11:01:13.140Z", "totalConversations": 108, "totalRecordings": 97, "totalProcessedRecordings": 96, "percentProgress": 98

Hi,
Thank you for your patience. Based on looking at the description, it looks like some recordings could be in some states that prevented it from updating with the delete date as such the total percentage never reached 100%.
If you want to find out more detailed information like the status of a specific recording, I would suggest opening a support case with our Care group so that we can investigate further and provide answers.

Hello,
Thanks for your help, I went back to Care based on your suggestion. They asked for the job details and were then able to get me a list of recordings that hadn't been deleted so I could manually delete them myself.
