Description
To be consistent with event injection endpoint for the release of the upcoming EX feature set, we will begin enforcing the client credentials grant on the /api/v2/uploads/recordings endpoint.

Since the request is made by a client and not a user, there is no need to authenticate the user.
Change Impact
There are no customers currently using the recording upload endpoint; as such the impact should be minimal.
