    Hi

    Ever found yourself stuck in a sticky situation where you've accidentally set the after-hours guidance for your call center, even though it's way past your operating hours?
    With ScheduleValidator, those days are over! 
    Just by specifying the date and time, you can pre-check which schedule Genesys Cloud will operate on.
