    Has anyone encountered issues sessions not ending before Genesys tries to reuse them?  Example would be that a session is reused to present an acd call to an agent, causing the agent to be unable to click the answer button.  It simply does not respond to being clicked on.

    Hello Ross,

    You may want to gather some console and network logs of any user who is experiencing it. Hearing that nothing is happening when they click the answer button sounds like there is some connectivity issue with their station.
