    So the apps.usw2.pure.cloud/directory/#/authenticate-adv/org/<org-name> link is not working and gives a blank page. It was reported working for the customer yesterday. I can access it if I use this link login.usw2.pure.cloud/#/authenticate-adv/org/<0rg-name> . Anyone know why the the first link is not working but the other is taking me to the page that the agents have saved.

    I found the following on the community, not sure if this might be relevant to your issues - https://community.genesys.com/discussion/deprecation-discontinuation-of-api-requests-via-appsmypurecloud-subdomains.

    One of the impacted resources in the deprecation is https://apps.mypurecloud.com/platform/*.

    I test the apps url using my region and also getting the same black page.  I have always used the login.region url so did not notice any change.

    Thanks thou it said it was effective last year even thou the customer said the link was working for them last year. Looks like its impacting everyone using that link format now. I did come across another thread where they were seeing this since last year.
